, * —: -♦ . (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) ■ WELLINGTON, This flay. At the R.M. Court this morning, Mr Hardcastle gave-judgment in the lambing down case for plaintiff, for £l9 18s and £5 7s costs. Mr Gully gave notice, of appeal. In a cross action, Harding v. Moynahan, judgment was given for defend ant, ' with costs. - - His - Worship strongly . commented .on the former case regarding the manner in which plaintiff had got rid of his money; and said the matter merited further consideration. He. thought the Licensing 'Bench should look into the matter at its next sittings.
