+ ■ HOME AND FOREIGN. (special to press association.) LONDON, Dec. 17. Another of the Higgins’ family ha* been found guilty, and sentenced to death, for the Lough Mask murder. The principal native chiefs in Dunnsland are stated to be in favour of tKe restoration of Cetewayo. The Fenians ore threatening to bum down the public buildings in London, in revenge for the execution of tho Mantrassna murderers. Sir Anthony Musgrave, Governor of Jamaica, is soliciting relief in England for the sufferers by the Kingston Are. A fire broke out on board the ship Rangitikei, which recently arrived here front Lyttelton, on her Homeward voyage. Part of her cargo had to be thrown overboard, and the remainder was much damaged.
