Twenty Melbourne larrikins recently went on board the steamer Hungarian, at Sandridge, broke the Customs’ scaled lockers expecting to get grog, but were disappointed, assaulted the crew, and then got away before the police arrived. A billiard match was played on the 26th June, in London, between W. Cook and E. Thaine. The former won, making a break of 1,362 points, including 451 spot shots.
