ALARM AND MYSTERY. C From a Private Cor.) Waitara, Monday afternoon.—No news is yet received from Government re the arrest of the White Cliffs murderers, but from Sir G. Grey a wire has been received in answer to one of a townsman here, saythat Te Wetere has left Wellington, and is on his way home ; and that Grey had heard nothing of the supposed disclosure. ■ The affair is a mystery.
