Young Thieves.

Dunedin.—Three boys, aged 11 to 14, were charged with several robberies. One informed against the others,- and their cases are reserved. WRECK OP SCHOONER. Auckland. —On Monday last the schoner Elizabeth Curl, 79 .tons, bound from Lyttelton to Auckland went ashore at Cuvier Island, near Great Barrier, and became a wreck. No lives were lost. The schooner belonged to P. Jenkins, who recently spent £4OO on repairs. She was insured for £875. Supposed Wreck. Invercargill.—What appears to be portion of a recent wreck ' has been picked up on the beach at the Bluff: the lower topsail yard of a large ship and face of a figure-head. The face is that of a woman with flowing hair.
