Alexandria, 27 th.— The Turkish Ministry have proposed to to the Khedive that an amnesty should- be granted to. superior officers of Arabi’s forces, if they deliver up Arabi. The Khedive has declined to agree. London, 27th.—A debate in the House of Commons on the proposed extraordinary credit is now proceeding. Radical and Conservative members are warmly criticising the Egyptian policy of the Government. ONE MURDERER SURRENDERED. DISCLOSURE of ACCOMPLICES. London, 26th; A man named O’Brien has surrendered to the British consul at Venezuela, South America, and confessed to being concerned in murdering Lord F. Cavendish and M* Burke in Dublin.
