NORTH V. WILLIAMS.

This case continues in the District Court, this being the eleventh day of enquiry on the first of several motions. Mr T. North’s case is closed on the motion to upset proof of debt on which Williams Bros voted. Rebutting evidence is being called for Williams’s side. The debtor has been called, and his two eons ; also Mr H. E. P. Adams, solicitor, Mr Potto, and Mr R. A. Adams.
