LONDON WOOL SALES.
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company reports, under date London, June 29th ; Wool sales closed firmly on the 29 th at level of last sales. About 313,000 bales have been sold, 175,000 of which were taken for export, and 27,000 bales held over for future disposal. Sqperior greasy, combing, washed, and long staple merino, scoured, advanced £d to Id per lb. Fine cross-bred is in demand, though the price is unchanged, but coarse crossbred is neglected; rough cross-bred, heavy in grease, has. declined to Id per lb ; coarse rough cross-breds, washed and scoured, declined Id to per lb.
