Re-opening the Property Question. The Judge in the District Court at New Plymouth has decided that there is a prima facie case for an inquiry, on MrJNorth’s application. The whole question as to the transfer of property from father to sons, and the alleged liability as to partnership, can now be opened np. Mr North may now apply for a rule nisi calling on the / two sons to show cause why the transfer of property should not be set aside as void.
