London, 13th.—At a political meeting held in Liverpool to-day, the Marquis of Salisbury and Sir Stafford Northcote continued their onslaught upon the policy of the Government in vigorous speeches. Crowning the Czar. St, Petersburg, 13th.—A proclamation issued to-day announces that the coronation of the Czar, Alexander 111., wiil be celebrated at Moscow in August next, and commands all dignitaries of the empire to attend the ceremony. Oats Down. Melbourne, 15th.—New Zealand oats declined to 3s 6d and 3s 7d for feeding, and 3s 8d for milling sorts. Steamer Sunk. Brisbane, 15th.—The steamer Viking struck on a rock on her passage between the Mackay and Maryborough. She sank shortly afterwards, but all on board, got ashore in safety.
