Arrest of War Correspondent.
London, Bth.—Telegrams to hand announce that Mr Evans, special correspondent of the Manchester Guardian , has been arrested at Ragusa for alleged collusion with the Dalmatian insurgents. He is now confined in gaol. Bismarck and the Clericals. Berlin, Bth.—The Prussian Parliament has rejected a bill which was introduced by the Government for enlarging the scope of the law of July 1880.
