London, 24tb. —It is now known that no arrests are yet made respecting the theft of Earl Crawford’s body near Aberdeen. Failure of Treaty. London, 24th.—The British Government ; : announce, that, they are not bound, by any • , action of • the French Government consequent on the failure of the commercial treaty. STEAMER IN COLLISION. Sydney.—The steamer Kemeruba came into collision with a Jketch off the N.S.IV._. coast near Becroft Point. The ketch sank and one of the crew was drowned.
