The storage capacity of (lie building will be about 70,000 sacks of grain, accommodation being provided for a spacious ground floor 156 feet long by 60 feet wide, with an upper floor of the same dimensions, to which access will be gained at the back, where a dray entrance is to be made. The conveniences for the economical working of the premises will comprise two turntables, one connecting with a line of rails running up the centre of the store, the other with the yard, which will be used for coal and the other purposes of the business. A weighbridge is to placed in front of the building, between the turntables, and a very commodious loopline siding gives communication with the railway.
