Sir H. Parkes at New York.
New York, 16th.—In his speech to the Chamber of Commerce yesterday, Sir Henry Parkes in glowing terms depicted the resources of Australia, and said that he predicted that in a few years the Australasian colonies would be one vast empire, and one possessing great powers.
