Contract No. 2—Making and Building Concrete, labor only. Contract No. 3 —Carting all Material from the Beach to the Works, about 1200 tons. Plana and all information at the Borough Council Offices, New Plymouth, where tenders will be received. HENDERSON, FERGUS, & MACKIE, Contractors.
