Roil p.r's Despatches to Palea Daily Mail This Day. Cholera Outbreak. Bombay, 26th.—Another outbreak of cholera lias occurred among the Pilgriinn now at Allahabad, and several deaths arc reported to have occurred. Guiteau—New Trial. Washington, 26th.—Guiteau who was yesterday found guilty of the murder of President Garfield, has made application for a new trial. Resignation of French Ministry. Paris. 26th.—In the Chamber of Deputies to-day a bill introduced by M. Gambette, for the reform of the French Constitution, was finally rejected, on a division, by 305 to 117. M. Gambctta and his colleagues have since tendered their resignations to President Grcvy. Egypt—Control of the Purse. Cairo, 2Gth.—The dispute which recently arose between Chcrif Pasha, President of the Council of Ministers, and the Egyptian Assembly of notables, is still unsettled. The notables insist on supreme control of the budget, but Cherif Pasha declines to agree to the demand.
Money & Produce. London, 26th.—N. Zealand securities firm at last quotations. Colonial breadstuff's steady. Adelaide wheat ex warehouse unchanged at 565, New Zealand ditto at 525. Adelaide flour rdvanccd Is to 48s. Total reserve in notes and bullion in Bank of England £11,000,000. There is good demand for hides, and prices are one eighth of a penny higher. FENIAN CONSPIRACY. London, 27th.—it is stated that the informers against Irish marauders who were recently sentenced to heavy terms imprisonment have privately revealed to the authorities the existence of a widespread and dangerous conspiracy in the south-west of Ireland, especially in the counties of Clare, Limerick, and Cork.
