This Afternoon. Plural Voting. The Returning Officer for Thorndon, City of Wellington, to-day laid an information against the Hon. C. J. Pharazyn for plural voting at the recent election. Informations have also been laid against two electors of South Wellington on a similar charge. Cases will be heard on Thursday. A man named Smith, laborer, of Alfredton, has been arrested at Masterton on a charge of voting twice at Wairarapa North elections.
