“ Troubles never come singly.” In addition to the measles, larrikinism has made its appearance in our town, but not in a dangerous form. The festive youth ß at present confine themselves to the delightful amusement of turning carts up. side down and securing people in their own shanties. It is to be hoped that these exuberant spirits will not proceed to greater lengths of folly. Mr R. Guyatt has taken possession of his handsome new cottage. Mr Slater’s new building, which is just about completed, will shortly be occupied.
