(Pkss Association Telegrams.) Sir George Grey on Monday night carried a proviso by 28 to 27 that no voter shall vote in more than two electorates for any purpose. Premier refused to add the proviso to the Leaseholders’ Qualification Bill, bnt would bring up the matter next day. REDUCED ESTIMATES. Mr Bryce on Tuesday carried a motion for reducing the. Estimates by £BO,OOO. A vote of £2,000 was passed for the West Coast Commission, chiefly for the survey staff. House adjourned at 1-15 a.m. REPRESENTATION BILL. The Legislative Chamber passed this bill through its final stages on Tuesday.
