MINERAL SPRINGS AND INVALIDS.
It is reported from Tanpo that Mr Graham is about to erect a large hotel near Tapimeharnru, on the same principle as those h.* possesses at Wai-wera, Ellerslie and Rotorua. Of all the hot springs in the Lake district those of Tanpo are said to be the most <-ffb acious in all cases demanding mineral water treatment, and the want of a hotel has been (ho.cause of drawing invalids to Waiwera au.l Rotorua.
