Latest advices from the Cape report that the Boers in the'•Transvaal have openly rebelled and occupied Ploidelberg. They have declared Kruger president of the republic. The telegraph was cut, but no blood was shed. Colonial troops are being sent forward. IRELAND’S LAND WAR. Loudon, 21st, Three hundred London constables are being despatched to Ireland to assist in preserving order.
