RECEIVED LAST NIGHT. (Reuter's Despatches to the Malt.) COMBINED FLEET DISPERSED. London, 4th. The combined fleet of warships which wore to coerce Turkey have now dispersed. The British ships wont to Malta. The Greek frontier question is not to be forced to an issue at present. MR PARNELL’S TRIAL. Dublin, 4th. The application of Parnell that the taial of himself and other Leaguers, for conspiracy, which is fixed to take place at the end of this month, should be postponed on account of the meeting of Parliament on the Gth January, has been refused by the Irish Judges. TRICKETT BEATEN AGAIN. London, 24th. Boss, the American, won the match with Trickett to-day, by three lengths. THE HORSE MATA. Adelaide, 4th. The Adelaide Racing Club have confirmed the disqualification of Mata. LONDON WOOL. London, 4th. At the wool sales to-day, 8,300 bales were offered, making a total of 87,300 catalogued since the opening. Tone of sale was again firm. ILLNESS OF VICEROY OF INDIA. Calcutta, 4th. The new Viceroy, the Marquis of Ripon, has been suffering from a severe attack of fever, but is now bettor, the fever subsiding. STEAMER IN PERIL. Melbourne, Monday. The Sorata, on tbe voyage here from Adelaide, had to take shelter in Rivoli Bay, as she was nearly sinking. She is now, however, safe.
