THE TURKISH DIFFICULTY.
A despatch from Constantinople on Wednesday says that Dorvisch Pasha’s force, when advancing on Dulcigno, were mot by the Albanians in great force. The latter firing, Dervisch replied vigorously. He has now entered Hulcigno. A slight conflict took place at the outskirts of the town between the Turkish troops and Albanians, but the latter were soon overcome, and submitted to the entry of the Turks. The town will now be handed over to Montenegro, as ordered by the Berlin treaty.
