Crown Lands Office, Patea, 11th October, 1880. INTENDING selectors are hereby notified that the statutory declaration required under Section 62 of “The Land Act, 1877,” to be produced by every selector with application, must in every case be declared before a Justice

of the Peace (or Notary Public), and that a stamp of the value of two shillings and sixpence must be affixed thereto. Duty stamps are procurable at Post offices, and a supply will be kept at the Land offices, Carlyle and Hawera, on the 25th October instant.
