Fly Pest in England. — A new agricultural pest has appeared in Cheshire, which threatens to destroy the entire mangold. A species of fly has settled on the mangold fields, which blows a maggot ultimately developing to half an inch in length, and nearly resembling sheep maggot. The worm attacks and clears everything before it. Sydney. —Numbers arc leaving Temora, unable to hold out for want of water.
