Sale of Land for Cash, in Block 3, Ngaire District. Land Board Office, New Ply month, Sept. Bth, 1880. IT is hereby notified that several Allotments of Land situate on the eastern side of the Mountain-road, near Stratford, and on the Northern side of the Patca river, will bo offered for sale by public auction, at 11 a.m., on Saturday, the 9th day of October proximo, at the Crown Lands Office, New Plymouth. Plans maybe inspected and schedules of areas and prices obtained at the Crown Lands Office, New Plymouth ; the District Land Office, Carlyle; and at the Post Office, Hawera. By order ot the Board. C. PROVINCIAL DISTRICT OF TARANAKI. Land on Deferred Payments. MOA, MANGANUI, AND NGAIEE DISTRICTS. Crown Lands Office, New Plymouth, July 14th, 1880, OTIOE is hereby given that Allotments of Land, on terms of Deferred Payments, in the above districts, will be open for selection by application at the Crown Lands Office in New Plymouth, the District Laud Office at Carlyle, and the Post Office, Hawera, on and after the 21st day of August next ensuing. Plans and Schedules may be obtained at all the Offices named. The Receiver of Land Revenue requests that intending purchasers will observe that all payments to him must be made in Cash, Post Office Order, or Bank Draft, payable to the “ Receiver of Land Revenue, New Plymouth.” Cheques cannot be received. Sale of Waimate Plains. WEST COAST, NORTH ISLAND. Crown Land’s Office, Wellington, 9th September, 1880. IT is hereby notified that 127 Sections of Land in the abovenamed locality will be offered for sale on deferred and immediate payments. The sections on deferred payments will be open for application on Monday, the 25th October, at the Laud Offices, Carlyle and Hawcra. Sections for which there arc more than one application will be submitted to auction, between the applicants only, on Thursday, the 28th October, at Hawcra, The price of land on deferred payments will be £5 an acre. Fire shillings per acre will have to be deposited on making application. Each applicant will only be allowed to .apply for one section on deferred payments. Applicants for land on deferred payments may send their applications and deposits, with statutory declaration as required by “ The Land Act, 1877,” through post to the Land Office, Carlyle, Patea, to arrive on or before the 25th October. Envelopes should be marked “ Application for deferred payment land, Waimate Survey District.” The land on immediate payments will be sold by public auction, open to nil bidders, on Friday, 29th October, at Hawcra. Upset price, £4 an acre. On immediate payment there are 88 sections, ranging from 50 acres to 100 acres each. On deferred payments there are 39 sections, ranging from 50 acres to 80 acres each. Colored lithograph plans may be seen at all the Land Offices of the Colony on and after the 15th instant.
