More Land Sales.

OKAIAWA TOWNSHIP. (Telegram from our Correspondent.) Wellington, Friday Night. At a meeting of the Cabinet held yesterday, it is understood that another block of land on the Waimate Plains was ordered to be put in the market for settlement. It is the Okaiawa block, with township, on the Normanby road to Opnnaki, and commencing about font miles from Normanby. One side of the block is bounded by native reserve. It comprises about 450 acres of agricultural land, and about 100 acres of suburban and town sections. The date of sale is not known.
