JACKSON has received instructions to sell by public auction at ■ the Wool Stores, Wanganui, on Wednesday, 20th October, at 2 p.m.— That valuable FARM, known as Fordell, at present occupied by Messrs Reid and Hume, containing 77jS acres of the finest land in the district. The estate is situated about nine miles from Wanganni, on the No. 2 Line! of Road, and the Homestead is within half, a mile of the Railway station of Fordell. It is divided into nine paddocks, the fences being well keptlive hedges and wire.
