From our Wellington Correspondent. Monday Night. The Native Lands Court Bill, one of the numeious measures brought in by Mr Bryce, is now under discussion. There is very little interest or movemeet in politics hero at present.' The end of the session is visible, and most members are weary of the great amount oi talk for so little practical result. The Fire Brigades Bill, and the Hospital and Charitable Aid Endowment Bill, have passed through the Lower House. The Wanganui Harbor Bill and River Conservators’ Board Grant Bill have also been sent to the Upper House. The Report on Local Industries, with recommendations for their development, is expected in a few days. Mr W. L. Rees, solicitor, from Gisborne, has arrived here to give evidence as to the £3OO paid to him by natives.
