Borrowing Powers for Patea & Waverley.
(Telegram from our Correspondent.) Wellington, Friday Night. The Town Districts Bill includes Patea township and Waverley. Tho Bill repeals all the Taranaki Ordinances and vests in the new Town Board most of the powers of municipal corporations. New elections will take place on the expiry of the present period of office. The votes are cumulativv to the number of five.
