(Reuter's Special Despatches to the Mail.) FACTION IN QUEENSLAND. - ALL-NIGHT SITTINGS. Brisbane, 28th. In the Legislative Assembly the members sat all night, and still continue sitting. It is probable they will not rise till noon to-morrow, owing to the Opposition stonewalling on the mail contract for direct service between England and Queensland, via Torres Straits, which had been arranged for by the Premier whilst in England. TRICKETT’S ROWING. London, 29th. Trickett, who arrived in England on' Monday by the Orient, is going to Scotland. He will commence training in September. CONCESSION BT TURKEY. Constantinople, 29th. The Porte, replying to.the ultimatum of the Powers, promises to take steps to enforce a strict execution of the decisions of the Berlin Conference, as regards Montenegro, within three weeks.
