(Reuter's Special Despatches to the Mail.) Ministry Dismissed in Victoria. Melbourne, Wednesday. In the Legislative Assembly after the Governor’s speech had been delivered, a vote of want of confidence was taken on the present Ministry without discussion, the result being 48 for and 35 against the motion. Mr Service’s Ministry is thereby ousted from office. REDUCING MINISTERS’ SALARIES Melbourne, Wednesday. • Mr Lcvien, member for Barwon, has given notice in the Legislative Assembly for the introduction of a Bill for reducing the salaries of Ministers by onethird. NAVAL DEMONSTRATION. London, 26th. The Rear-Admiral of British Navy will be appointed, by agreement among the Powers, to command the fleet which is to be composed of vessels from the navies of all the European Powers, which it has been decided to send as a demonstration against Turkey in favor of the claims of Montenegro. EX-EMPRESS EUGENE. London, 26th. The ex-Empress Eugene arrived at Plymouth to-day, from the Cape, where she had visited the scene of the Prince Imperial’s death in Zululand.
