EXPECTED CAPTURE OF THE

GANG

Melbourne, Monday.

The Magistrate resident at Harrow,

on Glenelg river, about two hundred

and fifty miles west of Melbourne, has with his family been bailed up by a

gang of bushrangers, who demanded a

cheque of £3OO. The police have since surrounded the

gang, and their capture is expected to

bo made in a few hours
