WAITOTARA.

[from our correspondent.] The Railway Hotel was to have been sold by auction on Monday last, at Waitotava. Mr Burns came out from Wanganui, but there being very few buyers ; present, the hotel was not put up. Some good shooting has been done here during the past fortnight, both by local sportsmen and parties from outside. Pigeons have been brought in by the bushel, but very few pheasants.
