AN EYESORE.
Sir,—l think it is nearly time that something was done to improve the appearance of Hie Town Hall. Its present exterior is a disgrace to the place. The shareholders of the Town Hall' should remember that it is a public institution ; and, if they have not got tbc money' in bond, let there bo a fresh issue of shares, and so raise it, and then make the building decent.—l am, &c., .
