TEACHERS are requested to notice that the Examination will begin on Monday, 22nd current, and that for the whole district the Examination will be held in the Boys’ District High School, Wanganui. Notices with time-table printed on the back, have been issued ; but if any candidate has not got said notice, he will bo good enough to communicate with me. Special attention is particular requested to these notices. Everything necessary for the examination will be provided (including foolscap and blotting paper, pens, ink, and binders, &c.) NOTICE is hereby given, that by deed dated the sth day of March, 1880, and filed in the office of the District Court of Taranaki, at Carlyle, this Bth day of March, 1880, and made between Daniel Munn Hogg, of Waverley, Storekeeper (therein referred to as the debtor), of the first part, Richard St. Clair, of Wanganui, Commission Agent (therein referred to as the trustee), of the second part; and all the Creditors of the debtor (whether in co-partnership or otherwise;, ot the third part: the Debtor conveyed, assigned, and assured unto the Trustee all and singular his property (as such term is interpreted by the said Act), except as by the said deed provided, in trust, as in the said deed particularly mentioned ; and notice is hereby further given, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the said Debtor is convened to be held at the Court House, at Waverley, on Monday, the 29th day of March, 1880, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of assenting to the said Deed.
