ORIGINAL CORRESPONDENCE
(To the Editor of the Patea Mail.) Sin, —Two italicised paragraphs in the report of the late inquest at Ilawera, make my testimony appear to conflict with that of the Rev Father Ryan. There was no real disagreement. Father Ryan was aware that I had been telegraphed for on the 22nd August to come and operate upon the late Mr Moore for a surgical ailment under which ho suffered. I have not acted as his adviser since that time, or for any other sickness.—l am,- &e., W. F. KEATING, M.D.-
