WHELAN RE SP EOTFU LL Y informs his friends :md 1 lie public generally, that having in view the mutual benefit of buyer and seller, he has decided to make important alterations in his system of Business; and while returning hearty thanks for past custom, he trusts that the now arrangements will meet With general approval. On and after Saturday, November Ist ensuing, all running accounts will be closed, and from that date the system will he strictly for Cash or Monthly Accounts. These accounts will be balanced at the end of each month, settlements of same not later than 4lh of the following month.
