The monthly meeting of the above Board was held on Saturday last. Present— Wardens Bridge (chairman), Lupton, lon, Fleming, and McLean. Minutes of previous meeting read and confirmed. Balance—General account, £255 5s 4d ; Block VIII., £152 7s 3d; Block IX., £lB3 15s. W. Lind applied for work to be done on upper read to Block VIII,

Proposed by Mr lon, seconded by Mr McLean, and carried, “That Messrs Lupton and Fleming employ Ross to level the lumps aind make the road near Tylee’s,” Proposed by Mr lon, seconded by Mr Lupton, and carried, “That a plank be put on the inside of the Middle Mangilangi culvert, ond stayed every 4 feet," Proposed by Mr McLean, seconded by Mr lon, and carried, •* That Robinson and Dudley be paid £4 for extra work on Cemetery Road.” Accounts passed and paid—Didsbury, £1 Is ; stamps, £1 ; Bourne & Co., £4 2s 9d ; Hawkins & Keiton, £2l ; Hughes,£lO5 10s ; Jas. Hughes, £ls ; Ross, £6 ; Keating, L6l2s , Railing, Lls 6s ; Walker, L2 Bs. The meeting adjourned.
