Taplin, judgment summons* £47 ; Mr Barley man for plaintiff, and Mr Farrington for defendant. Mr Barley man asked for an execution in the case 1 but an adjournment being asked for by Mr Farrington, it was granted till next Court day. E. Collins v A. Sohultze, claim £3, for rails supplied ; judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed, and costs ss. S. Adams ? Q. Muir, claim £ls 10s, for labor ; Mr Barley-man for plaintiff; judgment'for plaintiff’ for £9 3s and costs, and solicitor’s fee, £1 Is.
