VOLUNTEER INTELLIGENCE.
A match was fired between No 2 Company Rifles and the Patea Light Horse on Saturday last, resulting in favor of the former. It was arranged that seven should fire a-sido, but owing to some misunderstanding as to the day, only live of the Cavalry turned up, therefore the average was taken for the two absentees.
