Mr Berry, in (he Assembly to-day, proposed an Imposition of-Stamp Tax, Irma which ho expected £70,000 would be raised. He further proposed to take 10 per cent, off duty mi hardware, forego altogether the duty on drugs, and reduce the duties on Soft goods by £25,000.
