(Per Press Agency) More Ploughing. NEW PLYMOUTH. July 22. A ploughing party, under the command of Ongiongi, are ploughing on Jury’s land at Tikorangi. Troops are marching from Oakura camp to Tikorangi. The party will be apprehended tomorrow if they continue ploughing. WELLINGTON. July 22. It is understood New Zealand Steam Shipping Company will dispose of their fleet of steamers early in September. Further tests have been made of auriferous quartz in Wainui Valley, obtained by a party of prospectors. The ground yields at the rate of 12 to 15 pennyweights to ton. Thirty thousand aores have been reserved from sale as auriferous.
