[KisCTiiii’s Telegrams.] LONDON. . April 23. New Zealand Fives quoted at 1 per cent, higher. Wheat six pence lower. HOB ALTON. April 25. The Treasurer has introduced the Financial Statement. Estimated deficit, £36,000, exclusive of £73,500 interest on railways. The deficit is to bo covered by an increase in the property and income taxes of per cent.
