SALE OF HARBOR BOARD RESERVES.
At the sale of the above reserves on Saturday last, held in the Court House, a large number of buyers were present, chiefly’ belonging to the District. The bidding was brisk, and the prices realised almost beyond the expectation of the Board. Captain Wray officiated as auctioneer. The following are the purchasers and the prices : Section 74, 21a 2r, upset £7 per acre, G, F. Sherwood, at upset. Section 133, 9a lr 20p, upset £l2 per -rficre, Richard-Prousc, at upset; section 134, 10a, upset £ll per acre, Richard Prouse, at upset. Section 132, sub-divided. Sub-section 1, la Or Ip, upset £25, Donald Coutts, £2B; sub-section 2, la, upset £25, George Percy, £GS; sub-section 3. la, upset £25, George Percy, £72; sub-section 4, la, upset £25, H. E. P, Adams, £55; sub-sec-tion 5, la lr 10p, upset £25, William Dale, £56; sub-section 6, la, upset £25, A. F. James, £33; sub-section 7, la Or 3p, upset £25, F. O’S.
