(To the Editor of the Patea Mail.)

Sin, —-It must be a source of great pleasure to all. ot us to notice tho continued advance in business and trade in this district, —even among the brewers arid publicans, it is found necessary occasionally, to run the supplies .on a Sunday. Of course this is a work of necessity, and we expect, owing to the increasing trade in shipping, the wharfingers will have to work on Sunday—also the carters. There are a few, but fortunately not many people, who object to this working on a Sunday.—l am, &c. UTILITY.
