[Rrutku's Telegrams to Press Agency.] CONSTANTINOPLE. September 8. An insurrectionary movement has taken place amongst the Mahomedaiis in Albania. The Insurgents massacred several Turkish officials. The Ma homedan population of Balonm emigrated to Trebizond when the Russians occupied it. LONDON. September 7. The Russians entered Baton in without opposition. Mehemet AH Pacha, ami twenty of his tribe were massacred. September 9. Five hundred and three bodies have been recovered from the Princess Alice disaster. A Calcutta telegram to the Times , dated September Bth, slates that it is reported as probable that the Duke of Buckingham lias been appointed as Governor of Victoria.
