(Before 0. A. Wray, Esq., R.M.). Tuesday, August 20. J. G. Beamish vT. Hill, Claimed £lO 13s Gd. Judgment confessed. Amount to be paid by instalments of £3 per month, to commence on 16th September. H. Scharnwebar vH. Dickell. Claim, £l9. Judgment confessed. Amount to be paid by instalments of £1 per month. Of two other cases down for hearing, one was withdrawn, the other adjourned. Constable Shiols summoned Thomas Scown for a breach of the Taranaki Impounding Ordinance in allowing a horse to wander. Fined 2s 6d and costs 6s 6d. The same v J. Richards for allowing one horse to wander. Fined 2s 6d and costs 6s 6d.
