Constable Shiols summoned Thomas Scown for a breach of the Taranaki Impounding Ordinance in allowing a horse to wander. Fined 2s 6d and costs 6s 6d. The same v J. Richards for allowing one horse to wander. Fined 2s 6d and costs 6s 6d.
