NEW PLYMOUTH. May 14. At the Waste Lands Board meeting, it was announced that the Government will expend L7O in grassing down Stratford. The Surveyor reported that 1,200 acres had been sub-div.ided into small allotments from 10 to 60 acres, south Patea River on the Mountain Road. Considerable excitement is felt over the Harbor election. The candidates are already up for membership .
