IT is hereby notified that the undermentioned ALLOTMENTS of LAND, situate in the Patea District, and consisting of open and timbered lands, about three miles inland of Mokoia Township, and known as Wakaraara, will be OFFERED for SALE for GASH at Public Auction, at the District Land Office’, in Carlyle, at noon on Monday, the loth day of May next ensuing, at the upset price per acre set opposite the number of each Allotment.
